Building our dream home would not be possible without Gary Zingaro's involvement. 

I can't say enough great things about SCJ Inc. Their attention to detail and passion for perfection were present throughout every part of the construction process. 

Through it all there was constant communication. We felt like their only customer although they had multiple projects going on. 

The two words that come to mind are "masterly built" His understanding and expertise in analyzing our floor plans allowed my wife and I a greater vision of the finished product.

 Our friends and family are extremely impressed with the quality of the build.

In 2010 I embarked on a major home improvement project.

A new deck, addition of a hot tub, expansion of the west side of the house for a master bathroom, transformed the old master bathroom into a walk in closet and a new roof.

I received 3 bids - Gary was in the middle. I chose SCJ over the lowest bid because I really admired the pool house he previously built for my son.

I appreciate his attention to detail. 

The project had no unreasonable delays and I am thrilled with the final results.

The spiral stairs they built and installed are a perfect fit for our space and our new bathroom is beautiful.

They were also able to cut in and install an entry door to our deck in a most difficult situation.
